These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of homelooker.net (the “Site”) and your purchase of the First-Time Buyer Course (the “Course”), operated by HomeLooker (“HomeLooker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Course or make a payment on this Site.

2. The Course

The Course is a digital, self-paced educational product consisting of five written modules, interactive calculators, and downloadable worksheets, covering general information about the US home-buying process. Access is delivered digitally after purchase — no physical product is shipped.

3. Purchases and Payment

—The Course is sold for a one-time payment of the price displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect a purchase already completed.

—Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s) (SureCart, using Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details.

—Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Course modules through your account on the Site.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Course, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase by contacting us at support@homelooker.net. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After this 24-hour window, all sales are final.

5. Account Access

—You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity under your account.

—Course access is for your personal, individual use only. Sharing your login credentials or Course content with others is not permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Course — including written lessons, worksheets, calculators, and any other materials — is the property of HomeLooker and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Course content without our written permission.

7. Educational Purpose Only

The Course is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or real estate advice. See our full Disclaimer for details. By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge that any decisions you make regarding a home purchase are your own responsibility, and that you should consult licensed professionals (lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, financial advisors) before making financial or legal decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeLooker and its owner(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Course, including but not limited to financial losses related to a real estate transaction. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, savings, or result from using the Course. Real estate markets, lending requirements, and individual financial circumstances vary, and the Course’s calculators and examples are estimates for educational purposes only, not personalized financial advice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of Course content.

11. Changes to the Course or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Course, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law principles. (Note: this reflects the founder’s current base of operations in the absence of a formed US entity. If a US LLC is formed in the future, this section should be revisited.)
